What is sent to the email address I use for this account?
The email address that you specified for your account is used for correspondence from CinchMail in several different areas of the system. Examples of where this address is used include:
- After your campaign has been successfully sent you will receive an invoice detailing your payment for the campaign.
- If the payment approval process fails, the email address will be used to notify you that a problem has occurred.
- If you have forgotten your password to access CinchMail, you will be required to enter this email address and once verified a link to reset your password will be sent to you.
